Non Veg recipes with easy method of cooking

Quick easy recipe facilitates a collection of all varieties of non vegetarian recipes like chicken, mutton, egg recipes, soups & sea food dishes. FRIED MUTTON



Ingredients:

¼ kg. mutton pieces, washed

½ cup water

2 tsp. chilli powder

½ tsp. cumin powder

½ tsp. tumeric powder

1 ½ tsp. salt

2 tbs. oil

1 medium sized onion, sliced


Method:

1. In a pressure cooker, add washed raw mutton pieces, ½ cup water, chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt.

2. Close cooker and cook meat for 7 minutes till all the water evaporates.

3. Keep aside.

4. Heat 2 tbs. oil in a kadai. Add sliced onions and fry fro a minute till light brown.

5. Add the cooked meat to it, stir and fry for 5 minutes till mutton turns brown.

6. Serve hot.

Goes well as a side dish with rice.
