Non Veg recipes with easy method of cooking

MINCE WITH SPAGHETTI




Ingredients:

250 gms. Spaghetti, cooked with 2 tsp. salt and

Water, as for rice. Strain the spaghetti,

Rub in 1 tbs. oil and keep aside.

150 gms. Mutton mince

1 tsp. chilli powder

½ tsp. turmeric powder

1 tsp. salt

2tbs. oil

1 tsp. garlic ginger paste

1 medium sized onion, chopped

1 medium sized tomato, chopped

½ tsp. pepper powder

1 tbs. amul cheese, grated (25 gms.)

6 stalks spring onions, chopped

Method:

1. Cook mince with chilli powder, turmeric powder, 1 tsp. salt and a little water for 5 minutes.

2. Heat 2 tbs. oil in kadai. Add the mince and garlic ginger paste and fry for 30 seconds.

3. Add chopped onions, fry for 1 minute till light brown. Add chopped tomatoes, fry for 2 minutes.

4. Add cooked spaghetti and stir everything well.

5. Add pepper powder, grated cheese and chopped spring onions.

6. Toss and mix well.

Serve hot.

MINCE STEAMED PIE




Ingredients:

¼ kg. Mutton mince, cooked with ½ tsp. salt

1 ½ tbs. butter or oil

2 raw eggs

1 small bunch of coriander leaves, chopped

2 tsp. pepper powder

A pinch of soda bicarb

½ tsp. salt

Method:

1. Grease an aluminum bowl with butter, cut with maida and keep aside.

2. Put into a bowl: cooked mince, raw eggs, chopped coriander leaves, pepper powder, soda bicarb and salt. Mix all the ingredients well.

3. Pour the mixture into the greased aluminium bowl. Steam in a double boiler for 20 minutes.

4. Test if done by passing a knife at the centre of the pie. If the knife comes out clean the pie is done.

5. When cooled, cut into pieces and serve as a snack.

MEAT LOAF




Ingredients:

½ kg. Mutton keema, cooked with ½ tsp. salt

½ cup fresh bread crumbs.

To make bread crumbs: Break 3 slices of fresh bread into bits and run dry in a mixie.

1 raw egg

½ tsp. chilli powder

½ tsp. cumin powder

2 tsp. ginger garlic paste

1 tbs. chopped coriander leaves

1 tsp. garam masala powder

2 tsp. freshly crushed pepper

3 tbs. tomato ketchup

Method:

1. Run in a mixie: cooked mince, fresh bread crumbs, raw egg, chillie powder, cumin powder, garlic ginger paste, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, crushed pepper and ½ tsp. salt.

2. Run the mixie till mince is soft.

3. Remove the mixture and put the mixture into a greased loaf tin, top with tomato ketchup.

4. bake at 10 degree for 30-40 minutes

When the meat loaf had cooled, cut slices o the meat loaf and serve.
