Non Veg recipes with easy method of cooking

Quick easy recipe facilitates a collection of all varieties of non vegetarian recipes like chicken, mutton, egg recipes, soups & sea food dishes. MINCE STEAMED PIE




Ingredients:

¼ kg. Mutton mince, cooked with ½ tsp. salt

1 ½ tbs. butter or oil

2 raw eggs

1 small bunch of coriander leaves, chopped

2 tsp. pepper powder

A pinch of soda bicarb

½ tsp. salt

Method:

1. Grease an aluminum bowl with butter, cut with maida and keep aside.

2. Put into a bowl: cooked mince, raw eggs, chopped coriander leaves, pepper powder, soda bicarb and salt. Mix all the ingredients well.

3. Pour the mixture into the greased aluminium bowl. Steam in a double boiler for 20 minutes.

4. Test if done by passing a knife at the centre of the pie. If the knife comes out clean the pie is done.

5. When cooled, cut into pieces and serve as a snack.
